As is evidenced by my last.fm scrobbling of late, this breakup seems to have spun me back in time. I now in habit a world of miniskirts and chunky mary janes, knee socks and ditsy print button-front dresses with baby barettes and red lipstick and words like "problematic."

I am taking comfort in the music of my teens. Because you know what? ANYTHING is better than going back to that place.
